What does 'reform grade' mean? In Japan, 'reform' means 'renovation' and that's exactly what these chisels are intended for, renovation work. Designed to be used where they may be damaged by nails or for use on less than kind materials and when excessively harmed, disposed of.

Built with no frills but quality materials makes for a decent, honest chisel at an economical price.

Fitted with hooped, Akagashi (red oak) handles. Available in 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21, 24, 30, 36 & 42mm sizes.
