Suehiro Gokumyo #10000 grit (@ 1 µm).
¥18,000
Designed to mimic the finest natural stones in performance and feel, this #10000 stone is at the lower end of the scale in this Gokumyo series and is suited to edges that require superior refinement, but would not benefit from the highly refined, smooth and 'slick' edge supplied by the finer grit stones in this range.
Exceptionally hard and with low water permeability, this stone does not require soaking before use but will absorb water over time, yet is unaffected by prolonged water exposure due to it's composition, method of manufacture and high density.
205 x 73 x 20mm, supplied with a solid rubber non-slip base, a dual grit conditioning stone and an impressive, presentation style box.
(Includes subsidised shipping.)
